You each confidentially offer a sum of money, without knowing what the other side is proposing. If the offers match, we legally create a settlement agreement.

We contact your conflict partner by email, letter, and phone. We ask them to review your case and join the arbitration.

In the event of a successful outcome (i.e., an agreement), we charge a percentage of the settlement amount plus VAT as a commission. The amount (5% - 10%) depends on the specific case.

There are no legal consequences or costs for you. Your offers remain confidential. And you know that there is no room for a mutually agreeable solution.
